Through one-on-one and group coaching experiences, I equip women with tools that enable them to create a life with more ease, more depth, more fulfillment, more laughter, more play, and more presence.
Let’s get right to the heart of it -
navigating life isn’t always easy.

I was born to a beautiful empathic mother who happened to be raised as a mennonite young lady, and to a spirited warrior father who happened to be a Chilean refugee.

I live my life with grace and strength that I received from my parents.
I was raised to be mindful of others, loving, and kind. I was also naturally independent, strong-willed and at times rebellious. From little girl on, I wanted to help people, and so I did. My path led me to building my own business, which I started with Reiki & Hypnotherapy and later added massage, reflexology, and card reading. It was working with my clients that I came to realize how much I loved coaching. While doing treatments clients would say, “I came for a massage and in that hour I got clarity on my life.”
So, I decided to get certified in coaching and developed my business further. I created a pretty dang good life for myself with a successful business and happy family. And yet, in July 2014, I was sitting in a nice hotel room in Monterrey California. The sun was shining, I could hear people laughing and playing at the pool, I was on vacation, everything was perfect…yet, I felt empty. I was grateful for my life and aware of my privilege, to be sure. Yet, I also felt empty, unclear, and frustrated, and I didn’t even know why. I kept thinking to myself, there has to be something more to life than this.
This moment profoundly changed my life.
I no longer wanted to feel empty on a vacation, or anytime for that matter! I wanted to feel alive. I wanted to feel fulfilled. I knew in my heart that I wasn’t the only one and that my clients felt the same things too. It became my mission to uncover what the “secret sauce” was to feel more fulfilled. This kept me motivated, and I searched for answers and tools until I found what really worked. I did all the trial and error on my own life so that I could begin to help my clients overcome the same obstacles and challenges.
After guiding hundreds of women, here’s what I know for sure:
you too can discover your own something more in your life…and I can help you get there.
When we do this sacred work and we share our wisdom with one another, change starts to happen all over the globe,
one light at a time.
