I received a text from a friend asking, what  is something you do you do to feel more energized? 

My response: Dance, be in nature, workout  - basically MOVE! 

The more I incorporate movement into my life the more alive and in alignment I feel. 


Having a growth mindset is so much more than just positive thoughts and daily affirmations. It’s a lifestyle. One that you choose every day with every decision. 

I know how I want to feel and who I want to become (all while loving my current version of who I am) and so I do my best to make decisions from that place. I call this My Next Level Self. 

Gaining energy and happiness into your life doesn’t have to be complicated. Pick one thing you want more of, something that will feed your higher vibe’d self (your next level self) and  then do that - daily. In small ways. If you want more energy, do the things above, if you want more happiness then ask yourself, what make me happy and do that, if you want more peace then meditate for 5-10 mins a day. Then change it up and have fun with it! 


I promise, if you stick with inviting the things you want into your life, you will get results.
